Nutrition

What should I eat, Doc?
Of all the questions I get asked about cancer this is the most frequent.
This site contains a number of different diets for different purposes. Choose the heading that seems best suited to your situation.

Patients should feel free to ask me or my nurse questions about food and cancer.

We also run the ENRICH program at Macquarie University - it's a free exercise and healthy eating program run by the NSW Cancer Council.  For more details, click here.
